We specialize in authentic Spanish cuisine with a bit of flare. Our most famous dish is the Fresh Seafood Paella that is made daily in our kitchen. Other popular items on the menu include Osso Bucco, Pulpo a la Gallega, and Seared Corvina served with Jumbo Lump Crab and Truffle Oil. The restaurant is BYOB, set in a modern and intimate atmosphere.
Meet the Chef, Manuel J.
The chef and owner was born and raised in Spain, and has lived and worked in the United States on and off for 25 years. Chef Manuel was the executive chef of San Marco restaurant in Spring House, PA for 12 years. He and his wife Cindy have previously owned two other restaurants internationally located in Spain and Puerto Rico. For them owning a true authentic Spanish restaurant in the U.S. has been a life long dream. Vida & Comida is truly a passion project for them both, and they are excited to share their cuisine with the Ambler area.
